Spence Gilliam lost the contents of his home to fire. No one was home when Haleyville firemen arrived at the fully engaged fire. Haleyville fireman quickly extinguished the flames that engulfed the home. After the fire was extinguished, firemen used fans to clear the smoke from the home. The cause of the fire is unknown.
